ITC Hotels Listing Date

ITC has provided an update regarding the date on which ITC Hotels shares would go public. As per ITC’s most recent filing, ITC Hotels will submit the required paperwork to list its shares. Shares of ITC Hotels will stay frozen until the NSE and BSE stock markets authorize listing or trading. The NSE and BSE will both list shares of ITC Hotels.

Anticipated: Expected around mid-February 2025.

Financial Analysis

Since the start of this year, the value of the hotel was in reports due to the demerger that was decided by the hotel chain last year. The hotel business worth is being split and has been reflected in the downward adjustment of the ITC share price. Additionally, the demerger’s ex-date, January 6th, saw a sharp decline in the price of ITC shares. This modification took into account the hotel’s value division separation from the main firm.

Final Verdict

Because of the hotel business’s demerger from ITC Limited, ITC Hotels’ shares had already been in the news for a long time, and now its listing and allotment date have gained the investors’ attention once again. Overall, India’s hospitality sector is expanding significantly, and ITC Hotels is ideally positioned to benefit from this development thanks to its robust brand and wide range of offerings.
