Industry Outlook for Purple United Sales:
In 2021–2022, the Indian textile and apparel market accounts for 10.33% of India’s export basket, 4% of world trade, and roughly 2% of the nation’s GDP and 7% of industrial production by value. This illustrates the industry’s crucial contribution to the economy in spite of hurdles like declining exports and domestic demand.
In the past two years, sales of athleisure and sportswear have doubled, and the kid’s wear market is expanding due to rising disposable incomes and a growing number of children. This suggests that children’s fashion brands may be able to profit from these trends.
