The net profit of Bajaj Finserv increased to ₹2,231 crore by 3.4% in the third quarter of FY25 from ₹2,158 crore in the same period the previous year. From ₹29,038 crore to ₹32,042 crore, the company’s revenue grew by 10%.

Given its 52-week high of ₹7823.85 and low of ₹6190, Bajaj Finance’s performance is quite remarkable, with a ₹480,151.50 crore market capitalization. Around 31,834 shares were recorded by the BSE.

However, Bajaj Finserv’s consolidated interest income decreased by 20% year over year (Y-o-Y) from Rs 17,408.60 crore to Rs 13,922.38 crore. Additionally, revenue increased marginally by 5% sequentially from Rs. 16,571 Cr.  As of December 31, 2024, the company’s AUM (assets under management) had increased by 28% to Rs 3,98,043 crore from Rs 3,10,968 crore during the same period last year. Bajaj Housing Finance played a major role in this expansion, recording a Rs 1,08,314 crore AUM, representing a 26% year-over-year gain.
