Strong performance in the September quarter helped the company’s stock rally, and KNR constructions share get 87% consolidated revenue growth, reaching Rs. 1,944.86 crores. Annual operating profit increased by 276%, from Rs. 231 crores to Rs. 891 crores. Other factors also contributed to this increase, including Profit After Tax (PAT), which soared 306%, from Rs. 165 crores just a year ago to Rs. 580 crores.
KNR Constructions is one of the major players in the infrastructure development sector. Road construction, including highways, flyovers, bridges, and irrigation, are the two key areas the company focuses on, participating in all contracts, including item rates, EPCs, BOTs (tolls), and HAM. KNR has consistently posted strong growth in the roads and irrigation sectors. Due to a slowdown in projects covering railways, storage, and tunnels, it is now looking to expand services to cater to other industries. KNR constructions may take these projects on independently or with the help of joint ventures with different firms.

Elara Capital, a domestic brokerage firm, maintained its ‘Accumulate’ rating on the stock, revising the target price to the higher side to Rs. 336 per Share. The firm suggests that KNR constructions stock should return to growing at more than 15% by the end of FY26 after a muted performance for two years.
